How long will the chauffeur wait?
60 minutes are included after landing at the airport, 20 minutes at stations and 15 minutes at other locations. Any extra waiting time is stated before it is charged.
My flight is delayed: what happens?
With your flight number, we monitor your arrival and adapt pick-up to the actual landing time.
Can I travel with a child or lots of luggage?
Yes. State passengers, luggage and child equipment in the booking so the suitable vehicle can be confirmed.
Can I cancel or amend my booking?
Yes, by notifying Maison Chauffeur at least 24 hours before departure, with your booking reference. After that, or if the customer does not show up, no refund is possible. If the customer is late, waiting fees of €10 per started block apply. See the conditions
How does payment work?
After the price and availability are confirmed, you receive a secure payment link by email or WhatsApp.
